- Performing inventory management responsibilities and checking the exact quantities of various ingredients and restaurant supplies.
- Preparing various meal ingredients, including vegetables, fruits, and meat, according to the specific preparation.
- Understanding the composition of various sauces and salads and experimenting with the ingredients to enhance the taste.
Skills
- Candidates should have hotel and hospitality experience
- The ability to work under pressure.
- Experienced in handling high-pressure situations at work and performing duties properly.
- An experienced individual having the required understanding and skills to execute the daily responsibilities of a Commis Chef.
- Commercial kitchen experience in meal preparation and ingredients selection.
