You can expect that
Full time position with a choice of 38 – 40 hours per week

Your tasks
Take responsibility for internal alignments and coordination of R&D IP and R&D Services contracts
Collaborate closely with Global Category Manager for R&D IP and Global Head of R&D Category Management
Act as a Procurement key interface for the Legal Department
Ensure compliant sourcing process by administering the contract process (from NDA to contract signatures) and support the contract lifecycle
Get to know internal R&D key stakeholders
Manage contract projects holistically
Prepare and support internal and external negotiations
Our requirements
Bachelor of Science or higher in Business Administration, Electrical Engineering, Informatics, Supply Chain Management or similar
Basic knowledge of Supply Chain Management and Contract Management
Strong communication skills in English, German not necessary but is a plus
Curiosity about contract processes and tools
Project management experience is a plus
At least multi-year experience in a high-tech company is a plus
