What will your typical day look like?

 

The Learning & Development team is responsible for all the production elements required to deliver a learning program either virtually or in-person at DU North or on a regional basis. Working in tandem with other internal teams, they ensure full delivery of programming and an experience for learners that strengthens the Deloitte brand as a talent destination. The Learner Experience Coordinator helps with the project management and execution of the elements required to deliver learning, virtual and in-person, on a national basis across the firm.

 

As part of the Compensation team, your primary role will be to support the execution of the firm’s annual compensation cycle. This will involve extensive work with Excel spreadsheets, including (but not limited to): managing, distributing, tracking, and consolidating compensation planning sheets. In addition, you will assist with analysis, working in collaboration with the team and other Talent stakeholders. You will have the opportunity to engage with Business Leaders by helping ensure their decisions are delivered on time, flagging any data concerns, and responding to any general salary and incentive queries. You will use your strong attention to detail to ensure high quality data control for all team outputs. You may also participate in other Total Rewards projects and provide ad hoc administrative support as needed.

 

Some of the tasks you will be involved in within our General Inquiries and Intake Management team, will include; providing positive client interactions, processing hires, leaves, transfers and departures, providing HR support and advice to clients in line with Deloitte’s processes and policies, managing employee data and auditing entries to ensure accuracy, produce and deliver confidential documents, and identify opportunities to improve and simplify processes. We operate in a fast paced environment with a focus on providing timely and professional responses to all of requests we receive. You will have an opportunity to work closely with other individuals in a highly collaborative and connected team environment.

You are someone with:

  • Enrollment in a post-secondary program such as human resources, business/commerce or other relevant programs
  • Exceptional organization and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables
  • Superb planning and an ability to execute complex initiatives
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple requests at one time while maintaining high attention to detail
  • High energy, dynamic individual with the ability to excel in a fast paced professional services environment
  • Bilingual with strong verbal and written skills in French considered an asset
