Come and join our busy Customer Service team based at our head officer in Mulgrave. This role will provide the opportunity to deliver exceptional customer experiences everyday whilst contributing to our company’s service targets and providing a world class service experience for our Mercedes-Benz customer base and dealership network.

What you’ll do:

  • Responding to and satisfying finance customer enquiries and contract maintenance requests via various channels. An expectation of 100 items (calls/email) per day to be actioned and administrative tasks to support these requests.
  • Responding to and satisfying the National Dealer Network enquiries and completing any related administration tasks within agreed service levels.
  • General administration tasks and completion of customer correspondence requests.
  • Provide a best in class customer experience to every customer, employee or dealer on every interaction in line with Customer service guidelines and expectations.
  • Achieve Customer Service Team and individual KPI’s.


The skills we’re looking for:

  • A fast learner, keen to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passionate, proactive and customer-focused professional who is driven to succeed.
  • A proven ability to work toward ambitious team and individual targets.
  • Adequate listening and communication skills, a friendly and confident approach to customer service and sales.
  • Prior experience in Finance / Insurance is preferable but we are looking for team players who have a passion for delivering a first class customer experience, with demonstrated success in a high volume multi-tasking environment.
  • A team player who interacts well with team, management, and the wider business units.
  • Self discipline and effective time management skills.
  • Flexible and able to assist with our opening hours of 8:30am to 5:00pm M-F and flexibility for possible Saturdays. Must be able to work within these hours.
