You are joining a human-sized company made up of 20 employees, specializing in real estate services.
They offer two solutions to their customers, namely:
– Advice and evaluation
– Development of professional tools for real estate
The company is part of a group of 350 employees, divided into 11 sites in Europe.

Optimization and industrialization of algorithms
Design, development and storage of data pipelines
Structuring, maintenance and optimization of databases
Design and drafting of functional and technical specifications for internal and customer projects
Development of predictive models and learning algorithms
Design of decision support tools

The main missions of this department are to create innovative digital solutions for real estate professionals.
You will join a young team of 8 people, average age 30, including developers, data engineers, data scientists.
You will work in project mode, you will be in an open space surrounded by your colleagues to facilitate communication.
Contract: Framework
Required profile:
Holder of an engineering degree, you have a minimum of 3 years experience in data analysis and processing.
Expected skills:
Ability to manipulate relational databases such as MySQL & Postgre
Ability to manipulate non-relational databases such as MongoDB and Elasticsearch
Ability to develop learning technologies such as Machine Learning in Python.
Ability to develop in JavaScript
Knowledge of good development practices
Knowledge of database optimization
Knowledge of API maintenance deployment
