Electrical Site Supervisor
Job Description
Absolute Solar & Wind, part of RSK Group is looking to appoint an Electrical Site Supervisor to cover sites across central Scotland. You will be based out of their offices located in Greater Glasgow.
We have a requirement for experienced and fully qualified electrician covering Solar PV installation & maintenance at locations throughout UK. You will be tasked with the site supervision of the installation of solar PV systems on mainly commercial scale projects, Maintenance and repairs on Commercial PV sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the delivery of PV installations and all electrical requirements on projects across Scotland
- Supervise all site activity and surveys
- Liaise with Project Manager and be the face of Absolute in dealing with the customer queries
- Ensure all H&S requirements are met and followed
Person Specification:
- Fully qualified Electrician 18th Edition
- Ability to perform system inspection & testing to BS 7671, commissioning, and handover
- Experience in the renewables/energy sector preferable but not essential
- Knowledgeable with site H&S requirements and understand current legislation
- Full Clean UK driving licence with own transport essential
- CSCS / ECS / SSSTS / SMSTS / Trailer licence preferable
