Novax Recruitment is working with a specialist electrical installation and renewable energy company, providing services throughout the Scotland on commercial, domestic and industrial electrical installations., who are looking for experienced Solar PV Electricians to join our renewable energy team, to work mainly in the central belt and possibly throughout Scotland

Candidates must be able to prove their expertise and competency and be able to work under limited supervision.

You need to be a fully qualified electrician, ideally with Solar experience and be familiar with all types of solar PV mounting systems, DC cable arrangements and cable installation. You will be dealing with customers on daily basis, so you must have excellent communication skills and customer service ability.

This will be predominantly working on domestic and small scale commercial solar installations.

Candidates must be able to prove their expertise and competency and be able to work under limited supervision.

What we need from you:

  • 40 hour working week, some working away and out of hours will be required at times.
  • Safety focused work ethic
  • 2+ years experience working as a solar electrician in a similar role.
  • Full driving licence (with no more than 6 points)
  • Good customer service skills
  • Positive attitude

Essential Qualifications

  • 18th Edition
  • ECS/JIB Gold Card
  • C&G Level 3 in Electrical installation or equivalent
  • C&G 2391 Inspection and Verification
