Events, marketing & Sales Manager

What makes a kick-arse event? Should I be using video or still imagery? What makes a great piece of digital content!?! What are the best sales funnels? How can I close a sale?

The Manor Picture House is a new startup coworking and wellbeing hub and seeks a marketing, sales and events manager. You will be responsible for the concept, marketing, sale and organisation of events. You will get more staff as the marketing efforts turn into sales and your role grows but for now it will be your baby.

You will be committed to creating outstanding quality content and strive for excellence in every area of your role. You will be a passionate, dedicated videographer interested in health and wellness with your own flair of originality.

You will be working directly with our general manager and you will be collaborating with our business owner.

What you will do

• Create a calender of events for our community focusing on personal growth, wellbeing, mental health and business success
• Create a sales and marketing strategy and appropriate funnels
• Collaborate with our general manager and business owner to plan and make roll out that strategy with great content and fabulous funnels
• You’ll closely monitor social feeds and trending topics for relevant opportunities to inject the brand into cultural moments, and opportunities for the brand to surprise and delight its audience.

Who You Are

• Entrepreneurial and idea generator
• 2 years of experience in event management
• A proven track record in sales and marketing
• Excellent knowledge of social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, Instagram, Google+.
• You’ll be a superb storyteller, i.e. you understand what makes a great story and how to tell it across multiple digital channels
• A digital savvy individual who keeps abreast of current trends in the market
• Good-natured person with a positive attitude
• You’ll be well organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and your interest in health and fitness will inspire you to create great content and keep up to date with the latest industry trends.
