ASSIGNMENTS
Reporting to the Site Quality Manager, as part of the failure analysis activity of power electronics converters (1 kW to 3 MW), as an analysis and failure engineer, you supervise a technician.
You are the true expert in failure investigations, and you will:
Perform failure analysis of customer returns, research causes, issue 8D reports, and repair quotes.
Perform failure analysis of production defects and prescribe repairs.
Define and improve failure analysis methodologies and tools.
Ensure the right level of competence in the team for all service activities and in the permanent search for customer satisfaction
Manage, monitor and manage analysis indicators (response times, in progress)
Alert the Quality Manager, and the departments concerned, in the event of new problems and recurrences
REQUIRED PROFILE
Engineer or higher education in electronics or electrical engineering.
A first experience of 2 years in electronic expertise or hardware engineer would be a plus.
Ability to work in a team, to animate and convince.
Curiosity as well as an analytical and practical mind are assets for this position.
Proficiency in oral & written English

This recruitment process can be scalable and include, if desired, a visit to the premises at the end of the recruitment process.
