duties
Verifies customer eligibility, reviews and verifies applications for completeness and accuracy of information.
Receives payment and provides change for service fees. Accurately maintains change funds. Maintains all automation requirements associated with special events. Updates customer files with new information.
Verifies all customer data transactions for accuracy. Provides guidance to questions regarding changes/updates of assigned programs.
Maintains office-filing system, assists with funds control, data entry and credit card processing at various events. Reviews validity of application and maximum distribution of forms.

Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
A trial period of one year may be required.
Possesses satisfactory completion of pre-employment background checks in accordance with AR 215-3, 2-13, to include a Tier 1 background investigation.
Successfully complete a health screening. Immunizations required as a condition of employment for the health and safety of those in the facility.
Qualifications
Demonstrated work experience performing the duties listed below ( Note: Work experience must be equivalent in difficulty to the NF-01 level).
Receiving payment & providing change to customers.
Creating and maintaining customer files and/or an office filing system.
Education

THE TOUR OF DUTY REQUIRES ROTATING SHIFTWORK TO INCLUDE WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS.
