About the Role
This is a varied and challenging role, no two days are guaranteed to be the same with a wide range of work and projects that will ensure that you will be kept busy and constantly pushed to better yourself.
It is your entry point into our organisation, working with a dynamic team and on a variety of start of the art machinery and a multitude of projects.
You will receive hands on training in all of our manufacturing departments to understand the processes and machinery involved. You will take responsibility for plant reliability management and projects including drafting, reading drawings, ordering materials, planning and resource scheduling; helping to ensure manufacturing operability and see projects through from conception to completion.
You’ll also schedule and manage various property/facility management activities for our manufacturing facilities and be involved in environmental engineering projects.
About You
You will poses a relevant tertiary qualification in Engineering with a major in Mechanical or Mechatronics, with 2-3 years of Graduate Engineering experience or work/experience within an engineering trade preferred, but not essential.
You must have basic knowledge of design and visualisations software such as AutoCAD & Inventor and intermediate MS Office skills, and preferably be familiar with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards.
The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, a strong level of mechanical aptitude, work well in a team environment and a can-do attitude with strong accuracy and attention to detail, combined with excellent time management and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
