Graduate Trainee Engineering, R&D (f/m/d)

The task:
The trainee program prepares you to take on a responsible position within the international group company. In the 2-year program you will get to know the various areas of engineering, R&D across locations and also in an international context. You will deepen your knowledge and apply it to various projects. Your trainee program will be accompanied by selected specialist and management-oriented training courses as well as competent mentoring.
Your profile:
You will fit perfectly into the team if you have quickly and successfully completed a mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable master’s degree with a corresponding focus, are developing your conceptual and technical skills in a targeted manner and want to take on responsibility in the future. You are internationally oriented, have advanced production-related knowledge, are strong in communication, committed and confident in your appearance. Your very good knowledge of German and English makes it easier for you to work in an international environment.
