Job Description:
- Assist the Corporate Chef with the research and development of future projects with menu engineering
- Organize the kitchen operations in terms of food quality and service
- Organize the stock and food supplies within the store and minimizing wastage as much as possible
- Motivate his fellow staff members within the kitchen to maintain the kitchen operations
- Follow health and safety procedures within the country’s health food guidelines
- Report to the Store Manager or Corporate Chef to any issues and challenges within the kitchen facility and operations
Skills
Qualifications:
- Male, 23 to 40 years old
- Must have at least 4 years experience as Senior CDP or Junior Sous Chef from hotel restaurants
- Must be locally available in KSA with transferable IQAMA
- Immediate joiners will be prioritized
