HR Coordinator

About the Role
The HR Coordinator is responsible for providing generalist HR support for the day-to-day operations at Destination NSW and carries out coordination responsibilities in HR functional areas such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, and transactional HR. The role acts as first point of contact for all HR enquires and is also responsible for providing advice and support to the Destination NSW employees on HR processes and supports the implementation of HR policies, procedures and projects.
This is a Clerk Grade 5/6 role, with the base salary starting at $89,707 plus superannuation.
About You
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Coordinator to join Destination NSW to become part of delivering the NSW Visitor Economy Strategy 2030.
To be considered for this role, you will have:
  • Strong background/experience in HR administration or HR support roles
  • Demonstrated ability to collaboratively work with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong communication and prioritisation skills
  • Working knowledge of HRIS database
