Joining at an exciting time in the HR team’s journey, the Human Resources Business Partner will develop strong working relationships with managers and supervisors within their portfolio.

You will act as a strategic business partner in delivering the HR plan and provide professional, expert guidance and support. You will ensure consistency in your approach and act in a commercial and proactive way to coach and advise the manager to build the capability and performance of our business.

  • Permanent full time, 35 hours per week with access to flexi-time
  • Salary range of $80,178.80 to $88,523.76 per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience) plus 10.5% superannuation
