Serves as the Identity Intelligence (I2) Analyst for the USAREUR-AF G2.
Facilitates CI/HUMINT operations through the production of policy memoranda promulgating support policy throughout theater and by leveraging reach back support for vetting, post biometric match analysis, and all source analysis.
Coordinates contingency plans for reach back and forward deployed analytical support to COCOM JIOCs during crises.
Coordinates the transition of biometric mission areas to and from external agencies as biometric roles and responsibilities are defined, realigned and/or assigned.
Ensures Intel support resources, including facilities, equipment, and manning sourcing are sufficient to enable the USAEUR-AF G2E and EUCOM missions.
Coordinates and interfaces actions through appropriate organizations including the United States National Intelligence Agencies.

Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
Two year trial/probationary period may be required.
In accordance with Change 3 to AR 600-85, Alcohol and Drug Abuse Prevention and Control Program, individual must successfully pass a urinalysis screening for illegal drug use prior to appointment and periodically thereafter.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance based on a T5 (or equivalent level) investigation with eligibility for sensitive compartmented information (SCI).
This position requires the employee to sign a mobility agreement under the provisions of the agency mobility program.
LAUTENBERG AMENDMENT: Employee must meet the requirements under the Lautenberg Amendment/Domestic Violence Misdemeanor Amendment to the Gun Control Act of 1968. Please see additional information.
May be required to work irregular shifts/hours.
Must be able to obtain and maintain U.S. Army Counterintelligence Badge and Credentials.
This position is considered Non-Combat Essential (NCE) in support of the Army’s mobilization and wartime mission during periods of increased tension and mobilization and could be assigned to any location worldwide. Please see additional information.

Progressively responsible experience is that which has included intelligence-related research, analysis, collections and/or operations. This experience should have included intelligence analysis and/or production, intelligence collection and/or operations, counterintelligence, or threat support directly related to the position to be filled.
