ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES
As an International Management Trainee in Marketing, you will have the unique opportunity to lay the foundation for a successful and internationally-oriented career. In this 24-month programme, you will work on cross-functional and cross-market projects within our Central Europe North end markets Germany, Poland, Austria, Switzerland and the Baltics. We also commit to help you grow on a professional and personal level.
Starting salary: €55,800
Location: Hamburg
WHAT’S IN FOR YOU
Get exciting insights from different rotations in our numerous marketing departments (e.g. Digital, E-Commerce, Brand or Trade Marketing) in our German headquarters in Hamburg
Get to know our sales business from scratch in the Field Force
Gain international experience and build your network beyond national borders in our offices abroad such as London, Vienna or Lausanne
WHAT YOU BRING
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, e.g. in Marketing, Business Administration, International Management or Communications
First functional experience in internships or as a working student (min. 4 months)
International experience, e.g. through a semester abroad or an internship (min. 4 months)
Fluency in English and German is a must
A courageous and passionate personality with strong communicative, conceptual and analytical skills
Strong international career aspirations and mobility
A sound leadership mindset
