For our customer in the field of plant construction, we are looking for a person as soon as possible
Lead Civil Engineer (f/m/d)
for the Hamburg location.
Your tasks
Technical management and development of the work packages in the areas of construction site preparation as well as structural and civil engineering
Cost, deadline and risk control of the planning and construction processes
Independent elaboration of technical concepts as well as documents for tenders and standards
Preparation of schedules and cost estimates in consultation with subcontractors
Setting up target/actual comparisons and recording performance in the schedule and cost plan
Coordination of planning and construction meetings as well as project discussions
Review and approval of the technical documents and drawings
your qualifications
Successfully completed studies in civil engineering, ideally a master’s degree
Five or more years of professional experience in the field of civil engineering and preferably three years of experience in plant construction projects
Knowledge of the planning and construction of industrial plants and experience with 3D/CAD modeling and software as well as BIM
Excellent communication skills
User knowledge of MS Office, SAP and Google applications
Very good knowledge of English and German, both spoken and written
