Halfway between the product and the customer, the team of 46 people today consists mostly of Data Scientist, Data Engineer and Machine Learning Developer profiles, from the best academic and/or professional backgrounds.

The mission

To support their context of very strong growth, the tech team is now looking for a Lead Data Engineer on a permanent contract.

By joining them, your role will be to:

be responsible for both the mentoring and training aspect and the delivery aspect of a team of 2 to 5 Data Engineers

build systems (data warehouse, data lake, real-time systems) and data pipelines (ETL & ELT)

set up data analysis and data visualization tools

understand the specific need for each project and define the roadmap

You already have 2 to 5 years of experience as a Data Engineer.

You like coding in Python and you have ideally worked with Airflow, Spark, ELK, Kafka, Docker and Hadoop.

You have experience in a Cloud and CI/CD environment.

You like working on build projects, with recent technologies and being proactive following technology watch.

The conditions

CDI contract

Location: Paris Center Offices

Remuneration according to profile: 46 – 60K€ of Package including fixed and 2K€ in profit-sharing – according to internal grid
