We are looking for a passionate Lead Project Management Office – Delivery & Development in Large Projects Offshore at our location/s Arnhem or Lehrte who will contribute to this and that might be you?
Your contribution to TenneT
The Lead PMO Delivery & Development (DD) is responsible for the delivery and development of project management standards within LPO-PMO. The DD team (20 FTE) develops project management standards and policies, and enables the application of those within the project teams.

Main tasks and responsibilities

Driving standardization, harmonization and coherence between the projects, capturing efficiency, cost reduction, consistency, optimization of synergies and lessons learned over the projects. The Lead liaises closely with the Lead LPO-PMO and members of Project Governance
Enabling projects to apply the developed standards and subsequently audit project compliance.
Supporting the projects in delivery and development regarding planning, quality management, cost engineering, overall project management, lessons learned and continuous improvement.
Act as a role model and create the right context for employees to show the desired mind-set and behavior in line with TenneT’s leadership profile (Connection, Ownership and Courage)
Your profile and background
Required experience / background for this position:

Academic working and thinking level; You preferably have a Masters degree in Business Administration or a comparable discipline
You have extensive knowledge and experience (5 years +) in the field of project and program management of big scale infrastructural (offshore) projects
You are able to manage, motivate and give direction to a team of professionals and you are a team player yourself
People manager with well developed competencies which embody TenneT’s leadership principles Connection, Ownership and Courage.
You are able to bring structure into complex project environments, with sufficient pragmatism and focus on needs of your internal stakeholders
You have knowledge and experience in the field of auditing project and program management, preferably related to ISO 9001 and ISO 21500 standards.
Experience with an agile way of working is a plus

Large Projects Offshore is a key contributor to the energy transition. The Unit is responsible for the current and future development of the offshore grid as a whole and subsequently for the development and realization of the DC interconnectors and the Offshore Wind Farm grid connections in both the German and Dutch sectors of the North Sea.
