  • Supports the legal team in handling the daily tasks.
  • Review and draft agreements.
  • Provide departments with advice on legal risks.
  • Take legal action against defaulters.

 

  • Support in reviewing and drafting all contracts and legal documents (sales, brokerage including strata/OA, leasing, facilities management agreements, supply/service agreements, property management agreements, development agreements, consultancy agreements, amendment agreements, assignment agreements, settlement agreements, confidentiality agreements, MOUs, LOIs, general real estate and general commercial and other related agreements) for Provis.
  • Support in providing advice on the interpretation and application of contractual and statutory provisions in order to implement and enforce contracts or assist in devising strategies for negotiations and legal issues.
  • Litigation case management to include liaising between external counsel and Provis Legal Department as well as concerned internal departments, to take legal action against defaulters.
  • Liaising with different business units in support of achieving the Company’s objectives.
  • Support in ensuring proper compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Supporting in reviewing and developing all templates relating to services agreements, sales, events and facilities management.
  • Assist with the adherence to statutory requirements as and when updated.
  • Provide advice on a variety of matters, not necessarily confined to real estate.
  • Support on matters for other members of the Legal Department.
  • Receive, organize and follow up on the inquiries received/requested by the Department.
