As part of its strategic development towards the factory of the future, the LILLY production site based in Fegersheim (near Strasbourg / 1,200 employees), is recruiting a Mechanical Engineer with a strong knowledge of systems on a permanent contract.

Missions :
Attached to the Engineering Department of the site, the main missions will be:
Provide operational support:
Coordinate corrective actions to secure and guarantee the continuity of logistics operations in the event of events
Be the referent on the functioning of the IT architecture of logistics systems (AGV – Transitique – Automated stores)
Investigate the non-compliance of process systems using methodological tools (RCA, FMEA).
Ensure and maintain the qualified state of production facilities:
Prepare and execute qualification documentation (DQ, IQ/OQ, etc.).
Prepare and monitor the trial, analyze and process data from the trial.
Identify sources of productivity and reliability on existing installations:
Propose actions to increase productivity and the level of quality.
Set up and manage reliability actions to maintain installations in compliance with the quality reference system and with engineering standards.
Write, coordinate and conduct studies/tests as part of cross-functional projects, actions or initiatives.
Participate in logistics projects with a strong vision of an automated system (“dock to dock” strategy) and digitalization of processes
Support / train staff in new practices
