Our innovative product, Off-Road OS, is tailored to the needs of industries such as off-road vehicles, automotive, mining, agriculture, and search and rescue.

As electric vehicles (EVs) gain prominence, our intelligent control systems will become increasingly valuable by optimizing energy consumption and extending battery life. We are looking for ambitious individuals to join our mission to make every off-road driver drive like an expert.

Responsibilities
Leadership: Accountable for determining and executing the marketing objectives.
Industry Knowledge: Demonstrate a deep understanding of the powersport and automotive industries, as well as the electric vehicle market. This knowledge will be crucial in tailoring marketing strategies and messaging to resonate with the target audience.
Thought Leadership: Establish Potential Motors as a thought leader in the off-road vehicle and electric vehicle spaces by sharing insights, research, and innovations related to proactive terrain analysis, vehicle control systems, and energy optimization.
Industry partnerships and collaborations: Foster strategic partnerships and collaborations within the powersports and automotive sectors sectors to expand market reach and strengthen the company’s position.
Technology Visual Assets: Collaborate with technical teams to capture real-life demonstrations of the Off-Road ADAS system in action, directing the creation of compelling video content that highlights its practical applications and benefits.
Industry-specific events: Participate in and host industry-specific events, such as automotive trade shows or agriculture conferences, to engage with potential customers, partners, and influencers.
Brand Direction Maintain a clear brand direction, ensuring consistency in messaging across all channels and filtering all external communications through the brand.
Skills Required
Marketing expertise: A strong track record in B2B marketing, including strategy development, lead generation, content marketing, digital marketing, event marketing, and public relations. Experience in product marketing, particularly for technology solutions or vehicle systems, is a significant advantage.
Vendor management: Experience in managing external vendors and agencies for asset creation, such as content development, graphic design, and video production, is crucial for this role, given the lack of an internal team.
Leadership and management skills: Strong leadership, interpersonal, and project management skills are essential, as this role will be responsible for overseeing vendors, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and building and managing an internal marketing team as the company grows.
Communication and presentation skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are necessary for creating compelling marketing messages, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and presenting the company’s vision and product offerings.
Adaptability and innovation: Able to adapt to changing market conditions, embrace innovation, and stay updated on industry trends and best practices in marketing.
Networking skills: Able to establish and maintain relationships with industry partners, influencers, and media is crucial for success in this role.
