Who we are looking for: Encoris is looking to add a full-time Mechanical CAD Designer.
Education: CAD experience is required. 2 years of mechanical design preferred, 3-5+ years of corporate CAD experience is required. Solidworks fluency is also required.
Examples of responsibilities:
- Building 3D models\displays.
- Communication with customers throughout the projects.
- Creating\understanding detailed CAD drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
- Running 3d printers.
- Assisting with CNC mill programming.
- 3d print post-processing.
- Manufacturing problem solving/finding efficiencies.
Preferred skills
- Close attention to detail.
- Fluent in mathematics and fluent decimal use.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Good communication skills.
- Is Punctual.
- Is Patient and works well under pressure.
- Is Flexible and open to changing routine.
Compensation: Based on experience and skills.
Benefits: Encoris offers paid holidays, paid vacation, health/dental insurance and quarterly bonuses based on profits. Benefits are subject to a new hire probationary period.
