Olive Tree is looking Administrator to look after the day to day workings of the Real Estate and Facilities Management Offices . The Administrator will report to the Management.
The Ideal Candidate should possess :
- Minimum 1 year experience in Real Estate and Facility Management.
- Thorough Knowledge of Property Listings on the different advertising portals (Property Finder, Bayut and Dubizzle)
- Plan, coordinate, direct and control the day-to-day admin activities and duties
- Maintain the highest standard of customer care, so that internal and external customers receive a positive experience and impression
- Support the team with sales and leasing transactions
- Receive payments and prepare contracts
- Maintain updated records and reports
- Report to the management to ensure the smooth functioning of the office
- Knowledge of Dubai Rest application
- Knowledge of the Sale Transaction Forms
Skills
Required Skills :
- Post-secondary education with over 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of rules and regulations of UAE real estate industry is a must
- Above average computer literacy (MS Office, Internet, Database Software, etc.)
- Excellent written and oral communication in English
- High attention to detail, good time management and multitasking skills
- Dubai based is a MUST
