PLC Engineer – Immediate Hiring
• Installation of hardware server and controller
• Installation of network
• Testing of network
• Installation of software base requirement
• Installation of Leonardo Software applications
• Testing of software and hardware functionality
• Pickup and analyze SW log files under instructions
• Communication with Leonardo personnel on-site or by remote connection
• Intervention and Failures Reports filling for regular and efficient reporting to Leonardo
• Troubleshooting and restoring PLC problems (installation, test)
• Tests of the functionality of the HW
• Installation of the SW and the operating system, adjusting of the applications and parameters on PC Workstations and Servers, as for other standard control units.
• Testing of the functionality of the entire systems or interfaces
• Control of the configuration
• Running of test and check procedures and reports for machines or data network appliances and performances
• Handle with standard documentation for PLC and other communication standards operate on the machines
• Take electrical measurements, use electrical and electronic professional tools, reading of technical drawings and maintenance manual
• Intervention on UPS, PC, and other electronic appliances for installation and maintenance.
• Intervention and Failures Reports filling for regular and efficient reporting to the Client
Skills
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance in the automation field
• Official degree as electrical, mechanical, or electronically
• Experience in software
• Basics in English and Local language in speech and writing
• Familiarity with local safety procedures regulations, laws, or rules related to their profession
• Basic knowledge of operating systems Microsoft, server, and workstation settings, network configuration
• Proficient Knowledge in PLC installation, test & commissioning, troubleshooting
• Skills in the detection of HW and SW problems
• Systemic approach for troubleshooting diagnosis
• Understanding of maintenance procedure
• Knowledge of PC Software standard tools handling
