Description Project manager for individual projects in our service business regarding contract management. Responsible to plan, execute, monitor, control and complete projects for our service contract offerings, that are in line with the overall service strategy and that enable growth, process standardization and stable operations. Focus on identifying, enhancing and implementing INNIOs Service contract configurator for service offerings to enable long term customer relationship and seamless execution. Close collaboration and proactive involvement of internal and external stakeholders and information and reporting strategies are key factors of the role. What INNIO offers you:

Your responsibilities:
Product owner for our service contract configuration and corresponding contract life cycle tool
Project Management for our main strategic projects, which are improving our Service Sales Configurator and Contract Management Tool
Develop appropriate project KPI’s, build dashboard to monitor and evaluate project success
Collaborate effectively with all functions involved in the projects
Develop, adapt and carry out product implementation plan from beginning to end, supporting and championing the vision desired for the new service product itself
Work directly with agile product and development teams during design and development phase; responsible that product meets specifications
Act as a subject matter expert responsible for Service Lifecycle Cost Studies
Establish a stable and sustainable cost catalog as basis for Service Agreement Configuration tool
Develop a standard data methodology for laboratory related activities in our preventive maintenance interactions, in strong alignment with all stakeholders and affected departments involved
Continuous improvement and enhancement of our service sales tools in alignment with Service Sales Organization
Initiate and analyze customer satisfaction surveys and investigate existing customer service contracts and performed service interventions to identify areas for improvement in alignment with execution process owners and regions
Your profiles:
Bachelor Degree in Economics and/or Technicals (with strong economic background)
Knowledge/experience with lean or agile techniques
Experience in services or customer project management units of a manufacturing business and/or relevant consulting experience
Experience in multinational complex manufacturing and service organizations
Excellent communicator, experienced in driving performance and team spirit, used to managing conflicting priorities with multiple functions and able to cooperatively find solutions
Experience with contracts and contract configuration tools
Problem solving and strong analytical skills
Strong business acumen
Proven track record to deliver projects in close collaboration with IT
Fluent in German and English (oral and written)
A valid work permit for Austria as a prerequisite for this position (Non-EU citizens: please attach the work permit to the application)
