The Role Responsibilities
- The PRO manager role is to manage the day-to-day operations of the PRO office internally – providing an effective and efficient service relating to all PRO issues, guiding and advising management / employees on all PRO matters, responsible for all the activities of dealing with all the governmental offices and provides an effective service relating to all visa issues, guiding and advising management / employees on all PRO matters, performing general administrative duties and managing and maintaining the PRO database / files.
Responsibilities
- Provide an effective service relating to all visa issues, including but not limited to:
o Processing of Residency Visa, Labour Contract, Labour Card applications and renewals to ensure compliance with the UAE Labour Law.
o Guiding and advising management on all PRO matters.
o Develop and implement policies, procedures and work routines for the department.
o Produce reports and statistics as required.
- Maintain solid customer relationships by handling any questions and concerns with speed and professionalism.
- Pro-actively handling problems and informing employees / management of any issues / important updates.
- Develop and maintain a consistent approach to communicating updates to employees regarding medical & visa stages.
- Develop and implement systems and procedures to streamline administrative affairs between PRO and the PRO customer base.
- Maintain the customer PRO database
- Maintain a current and accurate filing system

- Fully conversant with relevant UAE legislation. Ability to build strong partnerships and personal credibility with the business and resourcing team.

- Develop and implement systems and procedures to streamline administrative affairs between PRO and the PRO customer base.
