Rail Projects Victoria (RPV) is the Victorian Government body responsible for the delivery of the Metro Tunnel Project, Regional Rail Revival, Melbourne Airport Rail and the Western Rail Plan including fast rail between key regional cities and Melbourne. RPV is responsible for all aspects of the projects including planning and development of the project reference design, site investigations, stakeholder engagement, planning approvals and procurement, through to construction delivery and project commissioning. Major Transport Infrastructure Authority (MTIA) comprises of Level Crossing Removal Project (LXRP), Rail Projects Victoria (RPV, MTIA), North East Link Project (NELP), West Gate Tunnel Project (WGTP) and Major Road Projects Victoria (MRPV).

About the role

We offer a comprehensive Graduate Program including rotations within our Finance team and a tailored Graduate Learning Series (workshops, training and tours). You’ll provide support to financial analysts, assisting with financial forecasting, reporting activities and management accounting functions. You’ll also assist with the development of finance initiatives across the broad spectrum of areas to develop your industry knowledge. You’ll also play a key role in the administration of the financial control environment and make recommendations on improving process and systems where possible.

About you

We’re seeking recent graduates with a Finance, Accounting, Business (Finance/Accounting) or Commerce Bachelor’s degree who have recently completed their course between Jan 2020 and Jan 2023. You will have full Australian working rights at time of application.
