Sales Manager – Tabuk

Responsibilities:
- Track major construction projects across your dedicated area, including but not limited to: Civil infrastructure, Urban Development, Maritime projects etc.
- Expand the network of Dextra products range in line with the Company sales strategy and business plan to support sales.
- Identify new leads and perform visits with your prospective clients across your allocated region.
- Continue to identify upgrade opportunities with the existing client base and generate new sales from these organizations.
- Ensure Dextra registration to government agencies and engineering firms (including consultants) to promote Dextra products.
- Issue accurate & timely quotations as per the client’s project specifications and Dextra Margin objectives.
- Organize sales presentations to consultants and contractors involved in targeted projects, collect information about their needs and the project, propose appropriate technical and commercial solutions, aim to get Dextra specified and/or selected.
- Provide client feedback on products to the Product Development team so that products can be reviewed in line with constant feedback.
- Define and propose marketing actions to support Dextra Middle East sales strategy, within the guidelines and budget of Dextra Group.
- Ensure that contracts are compliant with Dextra Group guidelines: Payment terms, credit limits, liabilities etc.
- Ensure that Bartec supply agreements are renewed every year.
- Attend meetings, regional conferences, technical seminars, and exhibitions to promote the Dextra products and services, with the support of Dextra Marketing team.
- Use Dextra Group CRM as your daily reporting tool and communicate weekly reports (project lists, prospect forecast) to your General Manager.
- Produce BI Weekly reports to your General Manager using Dextra Group CRM and highlight key projects action plans.
- Prepare monthly forecast for all product lines.
- Proactively follow up Account Receivable & client collection for your respective customers.
- Contribute to the yearly budget through accurate and relevant forecast exercise.
Skills
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration or Engineering Degree (Civil is preferred)
- At least 5 years’ experience in sales of technical products, with a proven experience in managing sales teams
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- Good computer literacy (MS Office)
- Curious, adaptive yet focused on the objective and direction ahead
- Customer focused, team player, and results oriented
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
