Interface between the sales units and other specialist departments
Compilation of offer and contract documents as templates
Organize and carry out order processing
Checking incoming and outgoing invoices
Organization of internal events
Active participation in shaping and optimizing the processes in the sales department
Active participation in internal projects and their implementation

Commercial training and several years of professional experience
Interest in process design
Convincing and competent personality
Open communication behavior and team spirit
Structured way of working

Very good computer skills, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Good knowledge of spoken and written German and English
