CARRATELLI REAL ESTATE, a historic and consolidated real estate company present on the national territory, is looking for a SELLER REAL ESTATE AGENT in ROME with a JUNIOR (to be trained) or SENIOR profile.

ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer loyalty in the pre and after sales phase.
Care of the customer portfolio.
Sales visits and negotiation management.
Commercial reporting back office activities.
IDEAL PROFILE AND REQUIREMENTS

Background in real estate.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, customer orientation and relationship management and maintenance.
Arrangement for commercial relations with high-level interlocutors and/or of different nationalities.
Good attitude to team working, dynamism and passion.
Excellent knowledge of the English language and/or of another language complete their profile.
