We are now recruiting for a Senior Manager for Teaching and Learning and Quality to join our Adult Learning & Skills team.

 

Applicants will have excellent knowledge of performance monitoring processes and experience in delivering improvement strategies that consistently deliver high quality teaching & learning.
A good knowledge of the GLA funding and how that impacts the curriculum planning processes.
In addition to leading on the quality framework, the post holder will line manage a number of programme managers and support them to deliver high quality learning activities responsive to learner needs.

The post holder will be expected to teach a minimum of 2hrs per week and maintain CPD in their area of expertise. Experience of managing Ofsted inspections as a nominee would be an advantage.
Applicants with experience from working within community learning and/or from other educational sectors are welcome.

  • Manage resources effectively to deliver best value across the borough.
  • Lead the delivery of whole service quality improvement priorities within the EIF framework.
