Job Description

Your area of responsibility:

Define and execute the Diagnostics Products and Fever Thermometers Marketing and Innovation strategy
Develop and deliver a compelling marketing and product innovation pipeline based on deep customer needs in the right time, at the right cost and the right quality to the markets
Deliver the financial target for the responsible categories
Lead projects in line with HARTMANN standards
Define and monitor budgets
Commercial leadership to create value (e.g., pricing)
Drive business to achieve targets in strong collaboration with countries
Lead team and develop competences to win the market

What we look for:

Business studies or equivalent education with relevant work experience
Broad international marketing expertise from strategy development to execution in consumer goods or OTC market
Deep knowledge about consumer insights generation
Commercial experience in creating value for consumers and customers
Digital experience (e.g., digital marketing, eCommerce)
Experience in leading and developing diverse teams
Fluent English and German language skills
