As a Senior Project Manager, you will take a key role in our organization and be responsible for planning, leading, controlling and delivering larger, complex or multiple tenders or projects in the revenue range of 20 – 150 MUSD. You will get the opportunity to work with unique projects, across disciplines, geographical regions and with all the phases of tenders and projects.

The project team will normally vary between 30-100 resources located at our NOV branches around the world and at 3rd parties. A typical EPC project lasts around 2 years. The projects can be both national and international, working with the major players in the EPC and energy industry. Location of this position can be discussed but do require some traveling due to the international project execution set up.

To succeed in the role you will need a technical background with education in a relevant field, business, or associated disciplines. You also have:

  • Experience with process modules, incl structure, piping, valves, instruments, free issued equipment and fabrication.
  • Experience with the interface between engineering and fabrication, construction /fabrication management knowledge and understanding, as well as fabrication site experience.
  • Experience with managing FEED, EP & EPC projects.

As a person you have good leadership skills with the ability to lead a project team and align people and methods to achieve overall project success. Many of our projects are international so it will be a benefit if you have experience working in a multicultural environment, preferably experience managing multinational projects. You will be key in developing and maintaining relationships with clients through sharing information, collaboration, and cooperation and have strong commercial understanding with knowledge of business and financial principles. You will also contribute to the continuous development of the project management team and our project management execution.
