Site manager

Fawkes and Reece are working with a leading UK house builder, in assisting them with recruiting of a Site Manager for their traditional build housing scheme, based in Hertfordshire. The scheme compromises of 300 traditional build units, mixture of houses and flats.

You will be responsible for overseeing the build from foundation stage through to handover, overseeing the traditional build houses side. You will be responsible for around 30 houses. You will be responsible for managing sub-contractors on site, managing health and safety, weekly reporting and managing the programme of works.

The ideal candidate must have worked for a high volume house builder and have at least 5 years of delivering units. This is a long term freelance role and is paid via CIS.

You must hold a valid CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid Certificate.
