As a core member of our team, you will be in charge of carrying out full garden renovation projects, working with the team to deliver garden renovations to a high standard. Our garden renovations include multiple paving, decking, hardwood fencing and many more designs.

The ability to communicate clearly within the teams, take responsibility for your actions and always be looking at how we can improve, is key to you being able to grow with the business.

Providing feedback to the office on the ongoing jobs is critical part of the role.

Essential Must have Requirements:

· Experience of laying Multiple Types of paving and confident on executing this with no assistance

· Experience of groundworks, such as drainage and retaining walls

· Experience of laying artificial grasses

· Must have knowledge of the core landscaping products

· Driving License

Desired but not essential requirements:

· Good joinery skills for completing decking & fencing projects

· Previously worked with composite decking products

· Porcelain Paving Experience

· Construction of timber structures such as pergolas, garden bars, shelters

· Ability to operate Small 360 Excavators and Dumpers (training will be provided if required)

Pay rate: Up to £20 per hour depending on experience
