Honeywell’s Environment and Infrastructure team is looking for a highly qualified Sr Advanced Mechanical Design Engineer, in our Broomfield, CO and Golden Valley, MN locations.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop & design cryogenic systems that consider all the pertinent factors (e.g., Thermal, Vacuum/Pressure, etc.)
- Integrate mechanical designs with electrical, cryogenic, vacuum, and magnetic systems
- Inform approaches for planning, executing, and validating analyses to enable design maturation & realization
- Collaborate with scientists & engineers in a cross functional team environment by documenting & communicating results across a broad array of disciplines, including program management
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 8 years experience with custom design
- US citizenship to obtain and maintain government security clearance
WE VALUE
- Advanced degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Experience with cryogenic design, cryogenic systems, vacuum chambers, and heat exchangers
- Experience working with systems & processes that enable quality, from concept up through Low Rate Initial Production (LRIP)
- Experience with design/configuration management tools such as SolidWorks and PDM or equivalent
- Experience with Design for Manufacturability (DFM) methods & tools
Compensation & Benefits:
Non-Incentive
Salary Range: $106,000.00-$160,000.00
