The VEC has TWO vacant positions within the Electoral Enrolment Branch: ONE individual to be Team Leader, Enrolment Communications and Customer Service (TLECCS); and ONE individual to be Senior Customer Service Officer (SCSO).

This is a unique opportunity as you will be able to apply for the TLECCS position and also be considered for the SCSO position. Please specify within your application if you want to apply for TLECCS, SCSO or both. Alternatively, you may just apply for the SCSO position.

About the roles

TLECCS:

Reporting to the Enrolment Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the front of house/reception team, which provides assistance to the public face to face, by phone and by email. This is a VPS Grade 4.1 role with an anual salary of between $90,067.00 to $102,192.00, plus superannuation.

SCSO:

Reporting to TLECCS, you will be responsible for providing day-today supervision and support to the Customer Service Officers and front of house staff. This is a VPS Grade 3.2 role with an annual salary of between $82,101.00 to $88,336.00, plus superannuation.
