18 months deep dive: Find out what you are good at – whether digital transformation, HR transformation, business development, legacy systems or project & tools. You decide for yourself, based on your strengths and interests, where your next assignment will take place.

Score points personally – you bring that with you

A good basis: Your bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or with a natural, economic or social science orientation or similar. you connect with first points of contact with (agile) project management and enthusiasm for the opportunities of digitization in the financial sector.
Useful experience: Ideally, you have already completed internships or working student activities and would like to contribute and expand your professional experience with us – preferably you already have initial contact with software projects.
Valuable skills: You are enthusiastic about agile and international teamwork, have very good knowledge of German and English and score points with analytical talent and strength in dealing with tools and processes.
The right mindset: Learning and performance are important to you. That’s why you get involved proactively and can adapt well to new situations.
