Venue Manager

Requirements Minimum 3 years management experience

This is a full time position as a manager within our chain of casino/slot machine arcades where we provide an friendly and comfortable experience for our customers.

The manager is responsible for all areas of performance and profitability including but not limited to;

Maximising customer numbers and profitability

Driving customer service and repeat business

Team training and building

Health and safety

Staff scheduling

Payroll

Reporting

Promoting brand image
