The ideal candidate will be hands-on with a true passion for people and service along with a positive and pleasant attitude. You will thrive working in a busy environment and stay calm under pressure, have attention to details and should possess following competencies:

  • Ability to handle food properly.
  • Consistently monitor quality of food & beverage being served
  • Communication skill preferably in English, other language such as Arabic is an advantage
  • Good Customer-Service skills.
  • Ability to disseminate information accurately.
  • Money-Management skills -tracking tips, gathering t he customer’s checks and providing change. They must also know how to maintain a cash register drawer.
  • Must know how to coordinate with other staff to get the orders to the customers in a timely manner.
  • Responsible for maintaining hygiene and cleanliness standards in the outlet and upkeep of all service equipment
  • Document completion utilizing both opening and closing checklists.


Ability to read, write and verbally communicates effectively and professionally with other business departments, management, guests, and vendors.
