About the Role

Reporting to our Marketing Specialist – Families and School Wellbeing, you’ll be supporting our talented Marketing, Communications and Philanthropy team. You will help with marketing administrative duties, assisting in executing campaigns, arranging quotes, basic graphic design, organising events, electronic direct mail and social media content.
This is a varied and busy position, an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and gain more experience.

About You

To be a successful candidate you will have:

  • University qualification in marketing, business or communications
  • Proven experience as a marketing assistant, with a solid understanding of marketing principles
  • Ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines, along with a sound understanding of office management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills complimented by sound people skills, and the ability to build collaborative engagement with stakeholders
  • Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Marketing software and online applications desirable (CRM tools, online analytics, Adobe InDesign, Mailchimp, Google Adwords etc.)
