Customer Collections Representative

The Customer Collections Representative (CCR) acts as the primary interface with customers regarding their outstanding invoice(s) owed. This role is responsible for helping customers on general account inquiries by phone or email regarding outstanding invoices and payments. This position also collects past due amounts. The CCR will be responsible for review and assessment of the customers’ account and outstanding payment(s).

What you will do:

• • Daily focus on effective and efficient collections activities by email and phone.
  • Generate SF reports as needed to communicate to management the status of collections
  • The CCR will be communicating with Internal teams (Contracts, Finance and Sales) regularly to review the AR activity and escalation of accounts as needed.
  • Escalates communications, when necessary, in a professional manner to ensure positive customer experience
  • Documentation of all activity / follow up on accounts and escalations
  • Consultant / Part-time to start (no more than 25 hours)
  • Follow processes and open to feedback to ensure success

What you bring:

• • 1 year of experience with Collections
  • Familiarity with SalesForce.com, Excel/Word
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to problem solve
  • Exceptional attention to detail

Compensation – The salary range target for the role described in this job description is $31.50 to $55.00 per hour. Final offer amounts depend on multiple factors including but not limited to candidate experience and expertise, geographic location, compensation/equity mix, and market data. This position may also be eligible for additional incentives such as equity awards, short-term incentives, or sales compensation.
