Brand and Marketing Assistant – Apprentice

Job IntroductionAn amazing unique opportunity has become available to join our marketing team as a Brand and Marketing Assistant (Apprentice), reporting directly to our Brand Manager you will get an amazing insight into the role whilst being supported and coached to gain a national recognised qualification.

Main Responsibilities

• Prioritise workload and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Supporting on marketing projects for restaurants and coffee shops:
• Reviewing market trends to inform menu development
• Executing marketing campaigns
• Data entry/management across tech systems
• Manage the marketing campaign calendar with the creative, digital, internal Comms and F&B teams.

The Ideal Candidate

• Keen interest in consumer marketing.
• Good time management skills / ability to priorities workload and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Must have a “can do” attitude and approach.
• Excellent attention to detail
• Computer savvy with data management
• Strong self-motivational skills and track record of delivery to deadlines
