Brand Manager, Tyne and Wear

My client is a global manufacturer and leader in their field seeking a Brand Manager to join their friendly team. The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in managing a recognised brand and will be responsible re-positioning and redefining their brand identity across multiple channels. In addition to this, the successful candidate will become a key part of the marketing and senior leadership team.
Responsibilities
- Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies
- Ensure that all elements of the Marketing mix feature strong references to organisations brand story
- Manage a small team of marketing people working on brand initiatives
- Conduct market research and present customer insights
- Managing relationships with relevant parties to ensure brand consistency across multiple channels
- Produce and implement efficient and cost-effective Marketing Plans with close monitoring of assigned budgets
- Develop 90 day objectives for the Marketing function and each direct report within it
Key Attributes
- Proven experience in a brand management position within a consumer environment
- Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executives.
- Creative, strategic mindset and have experience in implementing targeted brand campaigns.
- Ability to manage a small team and promote a culture of inclusivity in the marketing department.
- Hold a professional qualification in Marketing and an honours degree.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £50,000.00-£60,000.00 per year

- Washington: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
