Change and Communications Coordinator

An experienced Change and Communications Coordinator is required to support the ERP Implementation for this global mining organisation. This position will be responsible for developing change communications for the Program Director and senior executive team, with potential need for developing end-user communications.
Responsibilities include:
- Develop and execute communications plan
- Support the development and execution of OCM approach and plan
- Stakeholder analysis
- Change impact assessment
- Drive engagement routines with business stakeholders and co-ordinate business stakeholder activities
- Support the identification of training needs and the co-ordination of build and delivery as needed.
- Collaborate with broader OCM team
- Share ways of working and lessons learnt with the wider ERP program of work.
- Identify and communicate change impacts that may affect other projects within the ERP project.
Criteria to include:
- Demonstrated Change and Communications experience in a heavy industry or technology environment.
- Experience in being part of a team that manages and leads change at scale.
- Experience with message planning and shaping communications plans
- Excellent PowerPoint skills and writing capability.
- Experience in the development of change impact assessments and mitigation strategies
- Experience in coordinating the set-up of change champion networks
Beneficial, although not essential to possess the following;
- An Organizational Change Certification
- Experience working across global teams.
- Background in marketing or digital content creations in a communications capacity may be advantageous for this role.
