Job Description


Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting with the coordination of staff travel and collating all information to put into events manual.
  • Registering delegates and ensuring event profiles are up to date for each event,
  • Preparing event briefing packs for delegates and production items to send to shows
  • Arrange shipping of marketing collateral to and from events and offices, ensuring appropriate paperwork is completed for customs.
  • Keeping stock room organised and managing the monthly stock report.
  • Resourcing items for events including uniforms, activities, hospitality, décor, entertainment ideas, promo materials and gifts
  • Processing invoices and monthly credit card statements, keeping track of payments on events budgets,
  • Helping the team collate feedback forms and contact reports. Assisting with the preparation of post event reports
  • Researching new suppliers, venues and stand builders on a project basis and keeping the supplier handbook up to date with feedback from each project worked on.
  • Researching new exhibitions and sponsorship opportunities, and carrying out competitor research
  • Tracking shows visited, researched and exhibited on the global events calendar, ensuring it’s updated weekly
  • Assisting with email and social media campaigns
  • Briefing designers on creative


The Ideal Candidate
Key Competencies, Experience and Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years’ work experience as a team administrator, office admin or marketing assistant type role.
  • A creative flare with a desire to develop their career path within marketing and events
  • Highly organized and self-motivated
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and demands on time, while focusing on priorities
  • Ability to work individually but work well as a team.
  • You will need to be happy to get stuck in, in a fast-paced environment, to meet multiple deadlines.
