The Menu Partners are looking for a site-based IT Support & Project Coordinator to join an established Food Service business with exciting growth plans.


Previous IT-career experience is required and the candidate will need to demonstrate critical thinking, superb communication skills and problem solving. The candidate must also have exceptional organisational skills and have worked in high-pressure environments where resilience and authority has been demonstrated.


The ideal candidate will be familiar with matching company requirements with technology and be able to pull together relevant parties and teams to finalise plans and work with the technology partners to orchestrate solutions and implementations etc.


The role will include:


  • Onsite IT Support – general troubleshooting
  • Onsite IT Project coordination
  • Working with both internal IT support colleagues and external IT partners
  • Maintaining client documentation and notes
  • Communicating with the MSP helpdesk to maintain continuity of service
  • Assistance with project work and physical diagnosis work
  • Integration with a fast-paced, international team of people


Role Specifics:


  • Probation Period: 3 months
  • Working Hours: 40 hours per week, 5 days out of 7 (08:45 – 17:30 (the operation is 24/7 and some evening/night shifts may be required if specific projects require)
  • Location: This role is based predominately in London but may require visits to other group sites
  • Weekends: Only with prior consent – project work and out of hours opportunities.
  • Transport: Must have a full UK driving license.
  • Salary: Dependent on experience.


Working Knowledge Required:


  • Project Management
  • PC, Mac + Windows Server (2012 R2, 2016, 2019) Administration
  • Office 365 Administration (Exchange Online, Teams + SharePoint)
  • Printer Management + Administration
  • General Application Support (Office, Sage etc.)
  • Networking Concepts (DHCP, DNS, IP, NAT etc.)
  • Backup Management + Administration
  • Remote Support Tools
  • Active Directory + Azure AD Administration
  • Basic VoIP Understanding
