Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented PMO Manager to join our team! ! In this role you will get to p erform deep-dives and diagnosis as and when required, on the business plan execution performance in delivering the assigned targets.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Take lead in all tasks assigned by the PMO Director.
- Assess Business Plan execution status (initiatives, milestones, KPIs) compared to assigned targets
- Analyses of status and targets and providing recommendations to close any gaps.
- Perform deep-dives and diagnosis as and when required, on the business plan execution performance in delivering the assigned targets.
- Define quality assurance mechanism, e.g., 3 rd party certification, document upload in repository, etc.
- Prepare status reports and presentations for Senior Management as required
- Accountability for u se of PMO tools/dashboards to track, monitor, analyze, verify, and report.
What Required Skills You’ll Bring:
- BSc degree or equivalent in Business Management or a related field.
- Strong Business Management background
- At least 5 to 10 years of related management experience
- Ability to communicate and report to senior management and effectively liaise with other business and operational team members including Directors and Managers within Qatar Rail
- Ability to multitask and effectively problem-solve under high pressure.
- Proven organizational ability.
- Excellent oral and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Proficiency with productivity tools.
